Description
This virgin Bloody Mary mocktail is loaded with classic seasonings and that traditional flavor. A crowd-pleasing non-alcoholic drink for brunch, Bloody Mary bars, and afternoon sipping.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Tajin
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt or Tajin (Optional For Salting The Rim)
Instructions
- If you would like to salt the rim of the glass, run a lime or lemon wedge along the rim. Spread salt or Tajin on a small plate or bowl and roll the edge of the glass around to cover it.
- In a cocktail shaker, add the tomato juice, lemon juice, pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, Tajin, and black pepper. Shake well.
- Pour into your prepared glass.
- Carefully top your glass with ice.
- Skewer your garnishes and add them to the glass.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- No cocktail shaker? No problem. Mix your ingredients in another glass or measuring cup, then pour the mixture into your prepared glass, and top with ice.
- Chill all the ingredients well before mixing for the best flavors.
- For a virgin Bloody Mary bar, prepare a large batch of the mix and chill it. Set up a table with all the garnishes so guests can fix their own.
- Refrigerate any leftover virgin Bloody Mary mix for up to three days. Stir well before serving.
- For a spicier version, add more hot sauce, a bit of cayenne pepper, or a touch of prepared horseradish.
- To make this more kid-friendly, omit the hot sauce and reduce the black pepper.
- For a lower-sodium option, use reduced-sodium tomato juice.
