  • Author: Kristin
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: 8 Servings 1x

Description

This creamy sriracha aioli is a perfectly spicy sauce for fries, burgers, wraps, and more. This sauce is made with simple ingredients and can be prepared in less than five minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mince the garlic clove.
  2. In a small mixing bowlwhisktogether the mayonnaise, sriracha, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. For best results, refrigerate for at least 30 for the flavors to meld.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can always add more sriracha if you would like more heat, but you can't take it away. If you like extra spicy, start with the ingredient amount, then slowly add more to the desired heat.
  • Chill for a minimum of thirty minutes for the best flavor, but 2-4 hours would allow the flavors to fully develop.
  • If you would like a milder garlic flavor, use jarred minced garlic. It doesn't have the full "bite" as fresh garlic.
