Description
Turkey sliders on Hawaiian rolls are topped with savory turkey, melted cheese, a creamy Dijon spread, and a buttery topping. These turkey sliders are perfect for easy weeknight dinners, lunch, party appetizers, or game day snacks.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian rolls
- 24 slices of thin deli turkey
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Everything But The Bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, taking care not to separate the rolls.
- Line the baking dish with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
- Place the bottom halves of the rolls inside the baking dish.
- Mix the mayo and Dijon mustard and spread evenly on the bottom rolls.
- Layer two slices of turkey individually on each roll and place the cheese on top of the turkey.
- Top with the halves of the remaining rolls.
- In a small saucepan (or bowl), mix the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
- Brush the butter mixture onto the top of the sliders.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10-15 additional minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
- Pull or slice into individual pieces and enjoy!
Notes
- Use a baking dish instead of a sheet pan. The bottom get too brown too fast on a sheet pan.
- Do not pull the rolls apart before baking; it is much easier to work with the Hawaiian rolls while they are together.
- Let the sliders rest for 5 minutes after baking to give the cheese a chance to set and to make cutting them easier.
- Store in an airtight container for up to four days.
- For best reheating results, wrap in foil and reheat in the oven at 325° F, for approximately 10 minutes or until heated through.
