Description

Turkey sliders on Hawaiian rolls are topped with savory turkey, melted cheese, a creamy Dijon spread, and a buttery topping. These turkey sliders are perfect for easy weeknight dinners, lunch, party appetizers, or game day snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian rolls
  • 24 slices of thin deli turkey
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Everything But The Bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, taking care not to separate the rolls.
  3. Line the baking dish with parchment paper for easier cleanup.
  4. Place the bottom halves of the rolls inside the baking dish.
  5. Mix the mayo and Dijon mustard and spread evenly on the bottom rolls.
  6. Layer two slices of  turkey individually on each roll and place the cheese on top of the turkey.
  7. Top with the halves of the remaining rolls.
  8. In a small saucepan (or bowl), mix the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, and Everything But The Bagel seasoning.
  9. Brush the butter mixture onto the top of the sliders.
  10. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10-15 additional minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  11. Pull or slice into individual pieces and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use a baking dish instead of a sheet pan. The bottom get too brown too fast on a sheet pan.
  • Do not pull the rolls apart before baking; it is much easier to work with the Hawaiian rolls while they are together.
  • Let the sliders rest for 5 minutes after baking to give the cheese a chance to set and to make cutting them easier.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to four days.
  • For best reheating results, wrap in foil and reheat in the oven at 325° F, for approximately 10 minutes or until heated through.
