Description

This easy cannoli dip recipe is for when you want cannoli without all the work that goes with it. A simple, no bake dessert that is always a crowd favorite.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces marscapone cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese, drained
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Place the ricotta cheese in a mesh strainer to drain the excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl or stand mixer, beat the marscapone, drained ricotta, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips with a spatula.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  5. Serve with dippers of your choice and enjoy!

Notes

  • Drain the ricotta well so the dip does not get watery.
  • Don't skip the chilling step.
